RSL Care is one of Australia’s most respected not-for-profit providers of HomeCare, retirement living and residential care to the ex-service and general community. From simple beginnings in 1936, RSL Care now provides a range of HomeCare services to more than 22,000 people and accommodates over 4,500 people in 27 retirement communities in Queensland and New South Wales.

HomeCare – RSL HomeCare provides care and support in your own home and includes community nursing, personal care, domestic assistance, transport, home-based respite care, home visit, social support and home safety.

Retirement Living – Offering independent living villas or apartments, our retirement communities are carefully designed to boost impendence and privacy without compromising safety and security. Villas are designed with retirees in mind, featuring level design with no steps, 24 hour emergency call systems and much more. Most retirement communities feature a swimming pool with heated spa, BBQ, community hall, billiards room and library. Most have a residential care facility co-located on site.

RSL Care Residential Care – RSL Care’s residential care facilities cater for a wide range of needs including low, high and secure dementia care. Some residential care facilities offer an Extra-Services option, providing residents requiring high care more choices, with the same high quality care for which RSL Care is renowned. Our residential care facilities are staffed by a team of nursing, personal carers and therapy specialists who encourage a caring and friendly environment.

RSL Care supports a philosophy of ‘ageing in place’. This means that as needs change, every effort is made to help existing residents access higher levels of care within the same community.
