Inspired by the spirit of mateship from our RSL roots, RSL Care exists to support and serve the needs of older Australians through the provision of quality health, care services and accommodation options. 

For over 70 years, RSL Care has been supporting our ageing population including ex-service men and women and their families. Today, our geographic reach extends from Cairns in Far North Queensland, to Lake Macquarie on the New South Wales Central Coast, with retirement living and aged care services in 28 communities. Our HomeCare service provides in-home care and social services, helping people remain independent. 

We are a not-for-profit provider whose core focus is on continuing to expand services to meet the growing health care and living needs of an ageing population, through innovation and excellence.
