One of the most important principles to which Aged Care Queensland and its members subscribe is to stay in touch with the people who use members accommodation or care services and those who are considering their options.
It is never too early to begin to make enquiries into what services are available. These services are wide-ranging and cover housing and accommodation, in-home care, domestic services, to name but a few. Trying to make a complex decision is always difficult – even more so if it needs to be made urgently. That’s why ACQ encourages consumers to become aware of what is available in their local area, or the area in which they may wish to live.
