As the peak body for Queensland’s leading aged care providers, we work to move your concerns to the forefront of public debate and into the attention of our industry’s key decision makers.

Our alliances with Australia’s two leading for-profit and not-for-profit aged care associations, respectively, Aged Care Association Australia (ACAA) and Aged and Community Services Australia (ACSA), adds strength to our Association and momentum to our State and national lobbying initiatives.

We undertake many advocacy-based activities on behalf of our members, including lobbying for meaningful policy change, representing our members on legislative change and government committees, promoting practical accreditation standards and practices, defending members in the face of non compliance and complaints, and recommending more realistic models of aged care to ensure our industry is prepared to meet the future increase in demand for aged care services throughout Queensland.
