Aged Care Queensland recognises that Queensland is a large and diverse state. Issues affecting care providers in regional and remote areas may be vastly different to those affecting their city cousins. Therefore ACQ runs regular meetings for members in areas outside of Brisbane and members from each of these 11 regional areas are encouraged to stand for election to the ACQ Board.

Regional Meetings are held for the following areas:

• Darling Downs
• Far North
• Gold Coast
• Mackay
• Moreton
• Sunshine Coast
• South West
• Townsville
• Wide Bay
