ACQ has clarified with the Department of Communities that the recent announcement by Ministers Pitt and Butler on HACC growth funding of $16.7 million was funding that has already been advised to organisations.  In particular the $10million announced for vehicle replacement for HACC organisations was the total of the Sector Capacity funding recently advised to every organisation with HACC funded vehicles as the sweetener for transforming the Motor Vehicle funding framework.  ACQ has also been advised that there is growth funding for 2011/12 yet to be approved and that this will be targeted mainly towards supporting organisations transition to the split arrangements from mid 2012
