As Ozcare’s State Manager of Community Care, Lanna has more than a decades’ experience in supporting the development of strategic policies and programs for the aged care industry.

With an intimate knowledge of the governance and procedures surrounding the community and residential aged care sectors, she has used her representative positions to foster collaborative partnerships between industry and government organisations.

Lanna has held several positions within the Association and is the Queensland representative on the Veterans’ Home Care national Reference Group and a Member of the HACC Workforce Skills Development Reference Group.
